Course Details

Returning to work after maternity leave isn't just a calendar date, its a big shift. Whether you are excited, anxious or somewhere in between I will help you create a return to work experience that feels right for you. This 4 week group coaching course empowers you to take charge of your return to work and prepare both mentally and practically through a group coaching experience. 

What Will We Cover?

Week 1 - Introduction to Return To Work & Imposter Syndrome: We will start by understanding your feelings around going back to work and share these with  the group. Following this we will explore Imposter Syndrome and how to manage your thoughts around it, critically not allowing it to take over when you return to work.

Week 2 -  Your Strengths: In this session you will start to understand your strengths-using Clifton Strengths (included in the cost). You will leave knowing what amazing qualities you bring to the table and how you can leverage these on your return to work.

Week 3 -  Values and Boundaries: In this session we will  explore your values and boundaries, what part these will play when you return to work and how you will ensure others recognise and observe them.

Week 4 - Set Your Goal and Plan: In this session you will complete a visualization exercise and create a goal to focus your thoughts around your return to work. You will then develop a high level plan with milestones to support your return to work.

I know what it's like to juggle ambitious professional goals with the realities of motherhood. I'm passionate about helping women thrive, not just survive, during this stage.

My coaching blends honest conversations, practical strategies, and compassionate support to help you reconnect with yourself, set meaningful goals, and take empowered action.
